Eligibility Requirements:
Qualifications for Education:
1. Graduate Apprentice: B.E_ B.Tech or BBA is important and minimum scores should be 60% for SC_ST and 70% for GEN_EWS_OBC.
2. Technician Apprentice: The candidate must have a diploma from an AICTE-approved institution in the engineering field.
3. ITI Trade Apprentice: The candidate must be in Madhya Pradesh- have a 10th grade diploma and have an ITI – Minimum marks should be: GEN or EWS or OBC: 60% and for SC or ST: 55%
Age Limit: Candidate should have Minimum Age: 14 years and Maximum Age: 27 years
Age Relaxation: SC_ ST: 5 years- OBC: 3 years- PwD: 10 years and Wards of BHEL Employees: 3 years
Application Process:
The application process is different for ITI candidates and graduate or diploma candidates so candidates need to check- the application process:
For- Apprentices with Graduates and Diplomas:
- Register on NATS website – https://nats.education.gov.in
- Apply online on BHEL Bhopal website and print the acknowledgment slip
- Send the printed form along with the documents by post and the documents must reach BHEL Bhopal by 31st December 2025.
For Apprentices in ITI Trade:
- Register on Apprenticeship India website – www.apprenticeshipindia.gov.in
- Apply for the post and Print the acknowledgment slip.
- Send important documents by post before 31st December 2025.
Selection Process:
The selection process is merit based completely and does not have an interview or written test- selection stages are:
- Application verification—verification of eligibility and all the documents.
- The merit list: It is prepared using the exam results.
- Tie-Breaking Rule: Older candidate will be given preference and If still tied then higher 10th marks will be considered
- The final selection list: published on BHEL Bhopal website.
